Why does my order’s processing time take so long?
Because there are so many orders placed on smartphones, it takes some time for our payment security team to review each new order. Our logistics staff can begin processing the order and packing it for delivery once the review is finished. Thus, it takes us 1 – 3 days to process orders.
Why the tracking number updating is so slow?
Our shipping method is far more involved and takes longer than your typical internet shopping, and our warehouses are located in Hong Kong and China (just a few things). The journey doesn’t end when your package is delivered to the logistics business. When your package leaves our warehouse and arrives at your location, it must pass through customs in China, Hong Kong, and the destination country.
