How much does the shipping cost?

Do I need to pay customs tax?
Customs laws vary widely between countries and may cause delays or additional fees charged by the destination country. Baxdeal prepares the required shipping documents for your package, but customs duties, VAT, tariffs, restrictions, or inspections are controlled by local authorities. We recommend checking the applicable local regulations in your country before ordering.
Why does my order’s processing time take so long?
Because there are many orders placed for smartphones and technology products, our payment security team may need time to review each new order. Once the review is completed, our logistics team can begin processing, packing, and preparing the order for shipment. Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 days.
Why is the tracking number updating so slowly?
International shipping may take longer than typical domestic online shopping. Some orders are processed through warehouses in China and Hong Kong. After your package leaves the warehouse, it may pass through logistics facilities, airports, and customs in China, Hong Kong, and the destination country. Customs inspections and different clearance processes may delay tracking updates. In some cases, the shipment may take 2 to 3 days to move from the warehouse to the airport before updates appear on the courier website.
Do you ship orders on weekends?
Our shipping team is not available on weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be handled starting from the next working day.
