ORDERING

Even while every attempt is made to guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate, mistakes can occasionally occur. BAXDEAL might have to restrict how many of our products are available for purchase due to their popularity and/or supply issues. Even after you place an order, BAXDEAL maintains the right to alter the amounts that are offered for purchase at any time.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The “ships in” or “shipping” timeframes that appear on BAXDEAL are the approximate timeslots for products to be shipped out of our warehouse. Once your order leaves our premises, it can be affected by a number of uncontrollable circumstances, hence BAXDEAL cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries. Nonetheless, we will cooperate with you to guarantee a seamless delivery.

Sometimes, after confirming your order, BAXDEAL finds out it is unable to provide the product you ordered. BAXDEAL will notify consumers and offer to cancel orders and receive a full refund of purchase costs in the event that we are unable to provide the goods you bought in a timely manner.

We may ship your order to your home or place of business, and we strive to make the delivery process as easy as possible. All shipping methods are available for delivery to PO Boxes; however, expedited shipment requires signatures upon delivery. These kinds of express shipping are only available for physical addresses.

Working days, Monday through Friday, are used to calculate shipping and delivery times. Please allow extra time for delivery on big holidays like Christmas and the Chinese Lunar New Year.

It is the customer’s responsibility to supply accurate and comprehensive shipping addresses. Once a shipment has been dispatched, BAXDEAL is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses and is unable to modify the shipping address.

All orders that shipping providers report as “delivered” are deemed to have been delivered. In this instance, BAXDEAL cannot be held accountable for non-delivery.

The package does not reach the destination country after 90 working days from the time of sending (leaving the country of origin based on the report of the status of the shipment by the sender’s post): this may happen due to the reasons of loss, theft, destruction and rarely sending the postal package. INCORRECT/DAMAGED GOODS

We make every effort to guarantee that your product arrives in perfect condition. Please get in touch with us if the things you ordered do not arrive. Should the goods, in the odd event that it arrives defective or damaged, please get in touch with us right once.

(Important) After receiving the mail and when opening it, you must record a video of opening the parcel.
