Ordering

Even while every attempt is made to guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate, mistakes can occasionally occur. If something like this happens, BAXDEAL is unable to process your order. If there is an error, you will receive a rectified offer along with a thorough explanation. The data presented should be interpreted as an invitation to treat rather than a legally binding offer to buy. Once the items are supplied, the contract is confirmed.

BAXDEAL might have to restrict how many of our products are available for purchase due to their popularity and/or supply issues. Even after you place an order, BAXDEAL maintains the right to alter the amounts that are offered for purchase at any time.

Shipping and Delivery

The “ships in” or “shipping” timeframes that appear on BAXDEAL are the approximate timeslots for products to be shipped out of our warehouse. Once your order leaves our premises, it can be affected by a number of uncontrollable circumstances, hence BAXDEAL cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries. Nonetheless, we will cooperate with you to guarantee a seamless delivery.

Sometimes, after confirming your order, BAXDEAL finds out it is unable to provide the product you ordered. BAXDEAL will notify consumers and offer to cancel orders and receive a full refund of purchase costs in the event that we are unable to provide the goods you bought in a timely manner.

We may ship your order to your home or place of business, and we strive to make the delivery process as easy as possible. All shipping methods are available for delivery to PO Boxes; however, expedited shipment requires signatures upon delivery. These kinds of express shipping are only available for physical addresses.

Working days, Monday through Friday, are used to calculate shipping and delivery times. Please allow extra time for delivery on big holidays like Christmas and the Chinese Lunar New Year.

It is the customer’s responsibility to supply accurate and comprehensive shipping addresses. Once a shipment has been dispatched, BAXDEAL is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses and is unable to modify the shipping address.

All orders that shipping providers report as “delivered” are deemed to have been delivered. In this instance, BAXDEAL cannot be held accountable for non-delivery.

Lost Package / Long Delivery Delay

The package does not reach the destination country after 90 working days from the time of sending (leaving the country of origin based on the report of the status of the shipment by the sender’s post): this may happen due to the reasons of loss, theft, destruction and rarely sending the postal package. It comes from an unusual transit route. In this case, with the confirmation of the destination post office, the destination customs and the relevant postal company that the package was not received in the destination country due to the loss of the package (this issue does not include postal delays and it is necessary to submit a request by the sender to the relevant post office during a process and the relevant post which is the sender of the shipment confirms that the shipment is lost), compensation will be paid by the relevant post to the sender of the shipment in China and after receiving the compensation by the sender, it will be paid directly to the user and the user cannot claim damages have (according to the rules of the Universal Postal Union). Note: This clause can be implemented only when unpredictable events such as the spread of Corona and other forced events do not disrupt the normal process.

Incorrect / Damaged Goods

Damaged or Defective Product

We make every effort to guarantee that your product arrives in perfect condition. Please get in touch with us if the things you ordered do not arrive. Should the goods, in the odd event that it arrives defective or damaged, please get in touch with us right once.

Important Video Proof Requirement

After receiving the mail and when opening it, you must record a video of opening the parcel. This video is a document that you send to BAXDEAL to show that the product has a technical problem from the very beginning, or the device does not turn on, or the device turns on but does not match the purchase invoice.

Video Recording Instructions

For example, the phone was purchased with Global ROM, but China ROM sent, or the phone was purchased with 8GB RAM memory, but the memory in the device is 6GB, or the contents of the shipment are incomplete, for example, in the case of phones, you can mention the charger or USB cable, etc., or the product sent has a bump or a fracture and a scratch. Note that before recording the video, the postal item must be sealed and after starting the recording, all angles of the sealed package must be filmed accurately to show that the package has not been opened. The address and invoice attached to the package should be clearly recorded so that the name and address as well as the tracking code of the shipment are legible and then you can open the parcel and show the items inside the box and check the product itself and complete your video. In the video recording of the mobile phone, tablet and smart watch product category, be sure to capture the serial number of the device and its IMEI code by dialing *#06#.

Prices

Items’ prices and availability are subject to change at any time. In the unlikely event that your local customs office examines your cargo and determines it is taxable, the prices do not include import tax or duties. The buyer is in charge of paying for these.
